Tyler had a great time playing ball this year and he learned so much! He is really focused when he is playing baseball; always knows where the next play is. His team mates always knew they could count on him to catch any ball and to cover the base. He played short stop a lot this year and he really enjoyed it. He also got to pitch more this year and he learned a lot and really improved. Because of all of his hard work, good traits, excellent sportsmanship, and team playing, his team voted for him to be on the Optimist team. It was a real honor for him to be on the team, and he really enjoyed it. It was like playing in the BIG leagues, he was announced out to the field at the beginning of the game and also when he was at bat. He even got a nice new bag with his name on it.
Good job Tyler, we are so proud of you!! Keep up the great work, we're glad that you enjoy playing ball, we love to watch you play!
